It stands for Get It Now. You set an amount like say 2500 as an option and someone can wait till the end of the auction or pay the GIN amount.

I believe that you have to have your seller wings, and an option that says gin. Click on the edit button and if you can put in 3000 in the gin area I would be happy to do that.
