no just says china, china is hand carved in not stamped

it was blck and i put in tarnex and it came clean as a whistle

it isnt marked anywhere but when i pulled in out of box was badly tarnished, used tarnx on it and it came ouy pretty nice, you couldnt even see the design in middle before i cleaned it up

i hope this is sterling just because u used tarnex doesn't really say its sterling silver i've used tarnex on things that weren't sterling and it cleaned it up but, thats all it did i'll be watching this!!! i fanned you please fan me back!
