What service are you using? I use usps and every time I ship out a game, the cheapest price they will give me is $5.99 for a flat rate envelope and 3-5 day shipping with tracking number and $50. insurance. According to them that's the cheapest they can do for this.

i use usps too but i ship first class ' your using a flat rate envelope that's why ''
i use brown packing wrap i buy at Walmart for under $4.00 bucks a roll and i get a lot of use out of it ' hard case games i wrap them with that paper and ship for about $3.00 bit under i first take a piece of bubble wrap and just set over the disc helps from keeping from coming loose in shipping ' nes and n64 games i tape 2 pieces of card board around them and then wrap them in the paper they ship about $2.50 ea each will be a $1.00 more with tracking
