I got them from Ushicon 2014 down in Round Rock, TX. They are a little bigger than a regular sheet of paper. They are to hold artwork or small comics (graphic novels would probably be too thick). They are sealed on the bottom and one side. I hope this helps and I can answer any other questions you may have.
