Description

The listing, "Kitras" art glass ornament/bulb has ended.

Uh Oh. This picture is sideways, too. Sorry (again).

Kitras Art Glass, Inc. Hand Crafted in Canada.

"Tree of Enchantment: Tree of Sisters."

You can Google Kitras online to see better images, if you are having a hard time seeing this one.

It's the type of ornament that is too heavy for a Christmas tree. It's not seasonal, but meant to be enjoyed year-round. There are special Kitras stands you can buy for the glass bulbs, or you can hang it from any hook, etc., that you can think of. It's really nice catching sunlight by a window!

I can include a mini "Tree of Sisters" description card with this, but the card/tag is not attached to the plastic loop by which it is hanging from my finger in the picture.

The text on the tag/card reads as follows:
"Sister can mean the one who was born into your immediate family or the "sister" who is your closest friend. Sisters are the ones who nurture you, support you, laugh and grow with you. Sisters are a little bit of childhood that can never be lost. A sister is a gift to the heart, a friend, a friend to the spirit, a golden thread to the meaning of life. A sister is a forever friend."

The plastic loop is very strong, and some people even hang these ornaments outside in nice weather. I've seen others go to a craft store and replace the plastic line with big, beautiful, sturdy ribbon, and make a big bow wherever they secure it.

If you are interested in this piece but have no interest in the "sisterhood" aspect, I can leave the tag out. Either way is fine.

This has been hanging in my house for a bit, but I think I dusted it off fairly thoroughly!!!

Thank you for looking!!!
