MagicJack is a device that plugs into a USB port on the your computer, and uses a standard RJ-11 phone jack into which any standard phone can be plugged. This allows the user to make phone calls to almost any phone in the U.S. and Canada.

This product is promoted through television infomercials and a website.

Magic Jack is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7 and also Intel Macs

This device has been activated before but is no longer needed. But you can re-activate it by giving them the serial number on the device. It costs $20.00 per year for service. We used it on our laptop and anywhere u get internet (even hotels) you can make and get phone calls.

my highspeed internet is only $20/month threw a cable company, its the lowest speed they have but is still much faster than dsl or broadband, so its time to switch to internet threw you'r cable company.

As long as it isn't dial up I think it will work just fine. I have high speed cable internet and I honestly do not know the difference between the different types other than dial up is pretty slow.

broadband is a lil box that connects to my computer it does not support gaming systems that is why im not sure if it will support this?? not as fast as high speed either ??
