Hand made seed necklace. Not sure of the type of seed but fishing line was used to make it also. Very strong necklace sholdnt break easly.

Haven't seen one of these in years. The last time they were a fashion trend was in the late sixties to early seventies. The disinclined ones are probably from the eighties when for a brief period it was fashionable to wear retro clothes.
