If you are like me, I love a crispy crunchy dill pickle every once in a while, but even if you don't intend to can your own pickles, this herb belongs in your garden. Dill has many uses in cosmetics and natural medicine in addition to it's culinary qualities in salads, dips, vinegar's and marinades.
