What can I say? Everybody was a pirate coin, too. But the history is dark.

I will repeat my earlier remarks once again. I do not have a digital camera. Even if one was to drop out of the sky and into my lap, I wouldn't have the slightest idea about how to upload a photo. I also don't own a cell phone. Don't know what else to say other than my rating is 100%.

I really want to win this, but im afraid you might let me down. Without a picture, this terrific coin might not even exist. Not that im doubting that you dont have it. Just plz supply a picture.

If I got as many bids as requests to see this coin I would have a very good auction. Sorry, old school. Then again, a lack of a photo evens the playing field between the sharpies and regular folks who just want to have something cool and collectible. Have a great weekend.

No, and I wanted to see it. I visited Germany a year ago. They have a small museum in Frankfort for their coinage.

The other German coin was on Listia. I'v had about a dozen people not follow through with their auction promise.

Saw the photo. No, there is no hole in the middle. One side of my coin has a large "1" on it and the other has a bird (hawk? Phoenix?) standing on a Swastika.

Does the coin look like this, a bit?:

I hope no German a-hole touched it or else I'll get he or she's blood on my hands.
(figure of speech).

I made the German comment because the coin probably has a lot of history. Maybe it traveled to North Africa.

I should also say it is sealed with a 2-inch by 2-inch carboard, front and back, with a penny-sized plastic opening that shows front and back. Who knows who touched this originally? A German soldier? Himler?

Yes. I didn't want to state that because I don't know the sensitivity of this site.
