the chain is silver plated steel and the hooks on the earrings are silver toned. the length on the necklace is medium so it will fit most people. Shipping is $4. I cannot accept paypal because my account was frozen with them. ITs limited because I have not provided my updated information to them. I will need cc or money order. thanks and sorry for any inconvenience. I will send it out once shipping money is received not before. If it takes too long I will not refund credits unless the issue is valid. I'm tired of people saying they sent it and I dont receive it then 20 days later ask for a refund because they never got their items when I never received their shipping money.
If you want tracking I would suggest priority mail which is $6 to send. it would come in a nice envelope and complete with tracking.
