This is new with plastic tag but not paper price part on it. I bought it and never wore it. PLEASE READ- Does have a small hole by back left shoulder. I think someones hair would cover it. I tried to take picture but hole was way to small to even show up. I think it may even wash out. I think it was where the ink medal detector think was placed on shirt. this says small but definitely would fit a medium to large better. If you have any questions please ask before bidding.
