New never used air filter. Will fit 3" piping. Don't remember the brand right off hand. Bought a few years back for a project that never got off to a start.

If the bids get high enough maybe. As of now, no. I'm pretty set on the $4 which is less than what it will cost me to begin with. Shipping on an item like this is somewhere in the $6 range.
