The listing, Antique/ Vintage Baby's First Book Linen Fabric 1939 has ended.

Adorable baby book is copyrighted in 1939. It is made of linen fabric paper, and the way it has withstood time (75 years!) is a testament to how durable this kind of book was! It measures 8" x 6-1/2" and is 10 pages long. Each page is filled with wonderful, old images for baby to learn words from. On the last page is a price sticker from Marshall Field & Co. in Chicago for 40 cents. Considering that the minimum wage in 1939 was only 30 cents, this was a pretty important book!

The edges of this book have some fraying along the top, especially in the upper right corner. There is also handling wear from 75 years of kids, but all in all it's in great shape!
