I just got them and currently trying..I didn't know that they were strong as they are and can be cleaned with soap and water. They bug me when wearing shoes so I have starting wearing them at night to get used to them. Soon it will be summer and I won't have to worry about shoes. I know magnets are supposed to help with overall health so I am giving it a try.

I have noticed an increase in energy...can't see that I have lost any weight but I just got them a week ago. I wear them in bed because they still bug me with shoes on. My toes must like them because I miss them if my shoes are off and they are not on. I didn't think about the increased energy until you brought it up. I could use some more so I am continuing to wear them. I fanned back .
