The listing, Pretty Little Purse With Bead Fringes has ended.

This is a cute little purse which appears to be black satin with flowers in various shades of taupe and ecru that are embroidered on. Second pic is to show the round metal handles. It also has a shoulder strap that tucks inside the purse until needed. The fringes at the bottom are beads. Very adorable.
