10 cups torn Italian Greens
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 small zucchini, sliced
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
3/4 cup Light House Italian Dressing
Make It
TOSS greens, vegetables and basil with dressing.

The "Italian Salad Mix" has over ten different types of seeds : Colorful Italian Lettuces with accents of arugula, chicory,endive, spinach and chard.

Salad is getting expensive, growing my own tomatoes and greens is the only way we can afford to eat healthy food. I'm planting some of the Salad Mix inside so I can harvest early.
