The listing, Beautiful summer dress NWOT has ended.

This dress has never been worn out. It's really bright and nice comfy cotton material says size small but it fits like a medium. It has loops in the back that you can change the straps to wear criss cross or halter.... I intended on returning this because I didn't wear it but never got around to it.. Will come with the store bag and receipt :) pictures really can't tell you how adorable this is on perfect vacation dress or summer party dress

The tag says its a small but I wear a medium and it fits me :) and if your referring to the length it goes mid thigh in me and I'm 5'3

a regular tape measure or even a ruler if you bend around the curves. I'm concerned about how wide it is. thanks for trying.
