You are bidding on a vector stormtracker elite tv/lantern/am/fm/weather alert radio that is new and has never been used.

it comes with instructions, car adaptor and power cord. also runs on nine c batteries that are not included. also has
crank on the side to power the radio and lights. you can also buy the adaptor to charge your cellphone on this unit. i do
not have the box for this unit but it has never been used.

Didn't you win this on here about a month ago? If I remember correctly, the person you got it from got it from a yard sale or flea market. Im not trying to bash you, but when you say "new never used", that really isn't true, is it? Even though it is in like new condition, the fact that you are at least the third person to own it would suggest that it is not new never used. Its a great item, but using misleading information, especially when people can look it up, isn't always a good idea.

I am not trying to mislead anyone and if that is the way it sounds I am sorry about that.It has never been used as you can see when you have it meaning that there are no scratches or wear and tear on it at all. I have stated that there is no box meaning that this item has been taken out and handeled but has not been thru any type of use. It is a great item but it is not somthing my wife wanted because we do not have the weather for her to watch this closley. I am not in anyway trying to mislead anyone.

That creep that left that 1st message has a habit of bashing other peoples auctions and I would definitely block her if I were you.... Actually, I flagged her comment. I understood your meaning by what you posted in the description. I appreciate others helping to watch and keep folks honest but I do believe her comments were unnecessary and meant to be inflammatory. From what I have seen most people on LIstia including myself understand items placed for bid to be used unless stated otherwise. As soon as you said you don't have the box anymore it became clear that it is not new. And I really don't consider someone hooking it up to check working condition as "Normal Wear and Use" so I think your description is fine.
