This listing is for a used Canon FTb QL 35mm Film camera with a very unique Soligor Dual Focal 85mm + 135mm lens with a cool woven strap.

Shutter fires at all speeds except the 1s speed - it's pretty sluggish at 1s but works perfectly everywhere else.

Film compartment and viewfinder are clean

Glass has no scratches. Aperture is dry and snappy. Includes front cap.

This is a classic 35mm SLR - film photography instructors have used them for black and white photography classes for decades and still recommend them. They are durable workhorses, and a joy to shoot with. Film is still sold at many stores like Walmart, Walgreens and CVS etc and most places still have developing labs.

Thank you - I'm not out to cheat anybody or make any money here, but it costs to ship the items I'm giving away, and the heavier the item (i.e. older all-metal cameras) aren't light or cheap to ship.

Here's Ken Rockwell's page on this camera - http://www.kenrockwell.com/canon/fd/ftb.htm. He states it has a horizontal cloth focal plane shutter. When you ***** the shutter, the curtain moves from left to right, and when you fire, it springs back right to left.

There is never anything left over from shipping - I charge less than it costs to ship, and pay the rest out of my own pocket. I'm sorry, but I can't give away a free camera, pay some out of pocket shipping costs, AND pay extra money to the winner. That's just pretty greedy. I charge a reasonable shipping fee to keep my out of pocket costs down. If that's a problem, please do not bid.
