These are three temporary tattoos. I think they are meant to be cut and put on each knuckle. But they can be used anywhere on the body. One says PLAY HARD. Another says ROKNROLL. Another says HECKYEAH. 8 letters for 8 knuckles. They are new. They are written backwards so they come out correctly whenyou put them on. You would cut each letter, remove the plastic cover and put it on the desired knuckle then hold a wet cloth or paper towel against it for 15-20 seconds then slowly remove the paper being sure the tattoo is sticking on your skin.
