You bid on auctions that you are interested in with credits that you have available. The end date shows up at the top under the photos and whoever is the highest bidder at the end wind the auction. Once the seller gets your Verified address they will mail it to you at the stated shipping terms..either free or if they charge you pay them for shipping fees. Once you get your item you leave then feedback if the item was what they stated it was.

It says current bid and there will be a number. Yes you can over bid and it will not go over that amount. You put in 5000 and if someone has been up to 2000 it will put your bid at 2050
