New mail disclaimer. I learn as I go. I have lost many items now and credits to undelivered mail with tracking numbers because I want my buyers to be happy and so I would send another item just to also lose it after which I refunded credits but as you can probably understand, I will no longer replace items if they don’t make it there with a tracking number. The post office does absolutely nothing if mail is misdelivered even to another zip code with a tracking number so all I can do is take pictures of the envelope and the receipt, which I will gladly send you if you request it.
