Why are there only 48 cards when there should be 52?

It is not a sealed deck. The deck was taped at the top and I cut the tape to inspect the quality of the cards. There are 48 playing cards and 2 Jokers. The cards are not torn, beant or discolored in any way. It is likely that "Go Fish" was played a couple of times with this deck a really long time ago : )

this is such a great deal but I want a whole pack of cards. a can't do any trick with it only 48 cards. and Is this a bicycle playing cards? but tho it still a great deal to make I recommend it. and one more thing, I wish that everybody go and see my videos on YouTube!
