How do you donate your credits to charity?

I had another account where I only used the credits to get toys and school supplies for children overseas through Operation Christmas Child but Listia removed my account without warning (and stealing over 80,000 credits) because they didn't agree with me doing a Charity account. I am VERY frustrated with them and can't seem to get in touch with them or get them to respond to my emails.

That makes no sense! As long as you are following the basic listia rules that we all know & love, how can they just take down your other account!!! I mean-you are aloud to have a few accounts, right? Plus, you didnt break any rules-to me it would all be the same as your personal auction!! They only difference is instead of personal gain, you only use it for charity items.
That does not seem right. :( I am so sorry!
I would not give up though. Message support daily. Lol. I would.

Oh hun I hear ya!! I was so mad when they messaged me and said they deleted all of my current auctions because I wasn't allowed to have a charity without their permission I was like oh ok, sorry I didn't know. and asked how to go about getting permission. But when I got on half an hour later to check for a response it wouldn't let me log in and said they suspended my account! I've written twice now but have only gotten silence. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated! I'm considering going back to Ebay full time, I just love all of the people on here. But the customer service is the WORST I have ever saw! To have stolen that much from me and ultimately the kids the toys were going to and not even have the decency to talk to me about it is just ridiculous!
