Hey! Yes used and open products are aloud. As long as you state it. Why would she say that? I mean I've seen perfumes with a spray or two left in the bottle being auctioned. :)
However-the tooth paste is not aloud. I don't know why-maybe bc it goes in your mouth? But even brand new toothpaste is not aloud. U should update that out of it-so u dont get the auction deleted. I keep reading people complaining of their auctions being taken down by listia in the last hours of the auction. That would so be a bummer!
Love this auction! Def watching and may bid depending on how high it goes. I bet you will do very well on this ! Such a variety!
