Yes is includes the charger. Of course I erased it. And yes all apps that can be used on android can be used on the android tablet

Also the battery life depends on how u use it. Just like any other device. If your constantly using it all day with videos and what not it probably only last about 5 hours.

Flickering no sometimes it did freeze but that was when I was attempting to use 2 or more web browsers at the same time. Like I said it is a great basic tablet great for watching Netflix and using Facebook it just can't do all the fancy things the expensive ones can do. The only reason I'm giving it away is because I got a new smart phone that does all the same things and then some. So it just sits there. if your in the U.S it will still be the same price.
