Items come from a non-smoking household. I do have cats....they don't smoke either.

Measurements are that of the garment....please make sure that your measurements are a little bit smaller to allow for a comfortable fit.

I think it's a men's but it really would probably work for either. I have it on a female mannequin because it looked better than being just on a hanger.
