Sweetie, this is an ornamental corn like the indian corn you buy in the fall, but with these pretty pastel colors instead of dark red, blue, or other fall colors!!! (Great for crafts and decorating! ) ...Both indian and this variety can however be ground into flour and/or popped. And no, they don't pop into the colors, it's still just white popcorn.....although you might still see some color in the unpopped part of the kernel....I, myself, have never tried it!!
