The listing, Handmade Necklace with Bird Pendant has ended.

This is a beautiful necklace I made with handcut leather thong and a pendant that I imprinted, painted, and then sealed. I usually post on Etsy, but I wanted to try to put a few items on Listia and see how it goes.
These necklaces are very tough. I wore one when I went on a trip to Mexico (not this one! :)) and I snorkeled in the ocean and stayed out in the sun with it on and it withstood it all very well.
The pendant is a little over an inch wide, and the necklace is about 16 inches long.
I'm new to this and I look forward to being able to send this wonderful little necklace to someone for free. :)

Well thanks! I'm so busy sculpting for my family that I'm back ordered! It's crazy. I've been wanting to make a tiger for myself for over 6 months lol. I will though sooner or later.

Lol. I haven't made anything for myself in what feels like forever. I'm always making things to sell or to give, and here lately I haven't made much at all because I have 3 month old twins. Did you sculpt the cat in your avatar photo?

Yes, actually The avatar I see here isn't the one in my profile. I think this site is a litte behind. My grand daughters each want one and I've just started the third one today. Tired of cats and cant wait until I'm finished :D They wanted one pink, one yellow and one blue. I usually do natural things so this is different for me :D Please let me know when you have stuff for sale you made. I'd love to look. Maybe in a few months we can do something on etsy :D together........make our debut lol

I've noticed this site can be a little glitchy, but it's still relatively new, I guess. That's so sweet of you to make those for your granddaughters. I am making tutus for a friend of mine with 4 girls. It's a lot of fun, but I don't think I realized how long it would actually take. lol. I love Etsy. Do you have a store? It's made out of white sculpy, so it's really lightweight, but I stained it, so it really does look like clay. I really like the look of this one, too.
