This is a large dog coat. It is the kind you slip on over their head . There are leg holes and a leash hole in good condition. 13 inches around the neck when closed. 18 1/2 inches from neck to the end of it where it would reach down the back and about 19 inches around the lower part. Keep in mind that this one is made out of a stretchy material
