Also, you may want to test the codes to make sure someone didn't redeem them already.
Go to the Vudu web site, and make sure you're not logged in. Enter the code, and if it's still valid - the movie name should pop up.

You're very welcome. This happens now & again to the new folks.
The Vudu method I think works on the Sony Pictures code as well.
If not, just go to the Sony web site shown, and enter the code without been logged on.
