no, this ram will not fit your dell, you need ddr sdram, 333mhz to 400mhz. meaning pc2700 or pc3200 ddr sdram up to 1GB each. your system will hold 2 sticks for a max total of 2gb (2X1gb) or smaller will work as well, like 128mb,256mb,512mb..

pc2700 or pc3200 ddr sdram is what you need, in sizes 128mb, 256mb, 512mb or 1GB....1 for each slot. you have 2 slots total.
