This is an amazing book that comes from a great show on NBC that shows that people can lose weight if they have all the right tools. Well. This is one of them. This book contains more than 80 healthy treats that will satisfy anyone's sweet tooth. It was put together with Chef Devin Alexander and the biggest loser cast and experts as well as Mellissa Robertson.

Some of the recipes are strawberry daiquiri cream pie, blueberry cream cheese strudel and chocolate hazelnut ricotta calzones. The recipes are sure to please anyone looking to loose weight while still being able to enjoy some of the sweeter things in life. It is almost bathing suit weather after all.

There are a lot of great chocolate recipes. It's a great value considering there are a lot of recipes from former winners and with the right diet you can have your cake and eat it too lol

I am addicted to the show but haven't been able to get back into in the last couple seasons. I am addicted to sweets and I figured it would be a good option for me and it did now I am back into a groove so it's time to share the secrets of the show with someone else :). Thanks for the comment
