FREE: 80's Ladies Handmade Belt

The listing, 80's Ladies Handmade Belt has ended.

I am not sure if this is a small belt or a necklace. It is on black paracord. Some of the white beads appear to be stone or glass, the silver beads may be plastic, and the interesting square slides may be silver plate, and are tarnished.
About the piece;
Several years ago, I bought a hat box full of handmade Native American jewelry and items. The initials on some of the pieces is "DAL" or "DRL", I think. I can tell you that the family were of Cheyenne/Arapaho Tribe, but unfortunately, I do not remember the name. I know they set up at a lot of Pow Wow's and fairs in the area, and as far north as the great lakes. I forgot about the box until I was spring cleaning my closets. From the looks of the items, a lot are straight from the 80's, so I am dating all of the pieces from there.
