They are short waisted. That is why I couldn't wear them. They are the kind that are made to be worn below the waistline. I will measure the inseam an get back with you. They are a little strecthey but they are pretty thick denim. I normally wear a size 22 jean and the waist on these were a bit snug. I hope that helps.
