I just joined. How do I get my address verified?

No biggie! I can help with that. The tool bar that is located on the left hand side of the site that shows your status, messages, auctions and so forth has everything you need. You will want to scroll down until you see the heading "Account Settings". Uner that there will be a link that says "Saved Shipping Addresses". Click on that and follow the prompts. Listia is directly linked to the USPS system so it may take a day or two for them to actually verify it, however I have saved several and most have gone through within minutes of putting in my information. Once you have your address verified that is what you use to send your shipping info to a seller once you have won an auction. Simply click on the tab in the top right corner of the page and select "My Listia". You will see a section that says "I Won" and under that will be a list of all the auctions you have recently won. Click on the auction link and select to have the item shipped to the desired address and the system will automatically send your shipping info to the seller! You have 7 days after auctions end to send your information to the seller, if you do not do that within that time frame the seller has the right to re-list the item and keep your credits, per Listia rules. So, needless to say, verifiying your address is very important! If you have anymore questions please feel free to ask! That is what I am here for!

Now, if you want to earn more free credits (if you have not done so all ready) scroll down the page looking at the same tool bar on the left and go back to "Account Settings" and click the link "Verifying Your Account". Once on the page you will have the option to link your FB account, Twitter, phone number, bank account and so forth! For each account you link to Listia you will get rewarded with a certian amount of points! Don't worry about your info leaking, Listia is superb at keeping everything very protected and private! This will also help your auctions a lot. Expierence members always look for auctions that have verified accounts. It will get you more bids because people are more confident in your sincerity!
