These shoes are way to cute! They are extremley clean and in like new condition. They sport stylish silver, pink and blue accents, velcro tops and permenant elastic laces to make putting them on a busy toddler super easy! They are very well made for little feet and seem to really help in developing walking skills in newly mobile babes and skilled ones alike. My little girl likes to trip over just about everything, but I noticed a marked difference whenever she wore these shoes. Her trip to step ratio decreased significantly!!!

No... I believe the c just lets buyers know that they are for infants. My litttle girl just turned 19 months and out grew these at about 17 & 1/2 months so I am pretty sure you will be fine. If you want I can measure them from heel to toe so that you have a better idea.
