i dont have a measuring tape but held up against a 16 inch chain it hangs a little longer so maybe 17 inches. it is very pretty!

im not exactly sure as im not an expert on beads. im pretty sure the beads are not glass, although the y are saturated with deep color & translucent. they could be made of acrylic or plastic. i hope this helps. happy bidding!!
