FREE: Imperial China Salad Plate

My grandmother died before my mom was pergnant with me. The day I was born was a short time after the anniversary of her passing. My Mom says these plates to her, represented My grandmother (Gloria) and I. My brother was the first Boy grandchild for her, but months before her passing she kept asking my mom if she was pregnant, "NO", Gramma said well I need a girl grand baby. My mom named me Cherie' (my grandfather's pet name for Gloria). She is the large rose and I am the tiny bud.

OMG I am CRYING right now!!!! My mother got a set of these that belonged to HER mother as an inheritence. After MANY moves while dad was in the military ALL but 1 got broken. So she only has one left. SHe has been looking to replace the set. THIS is the ONLY one I have EVER found. THANK YOU FOR FINDING AND LISTING THIS!!!!! IF I win IT will be her mother's day present.
