This is the #1 issue Guardians of the Galaxy, the first series by Marvel.

Though this is not their first appearance in the Marvel Universe, "the first appearance of GOG was Marvel Super-Heroes 18 and then they had several appearances in Marvel Presents before getting their own mag." - Cartagenafl (an avid collector who also has awesome comics for auction, check them out!)
