Hello and welcome to my Listia auction!

I have up for grabs 20+ heirloom American Flag Leek seeds. I find these onion relatives to be big in size but with a deliciously mild flavor. They are incredibly versatile and work wonderfully in soups, stir fries, and stews.

Leeks have compact stems that thicken but don't form bulbs like onions. They have an appealing white stem with a creamy yellow heart. These bad boys are remarkably cold tolerant and can be left in the garden into the fall for an extended harvest.
