Absolutely, it is a special rate for books, dvds, cds, vhs, cassette, any tape like reel to reel or 8 track, and any printed material that does not have ads. It runs around 3 bucks for one and two pounds, where as priority is 5 something for one pound, as well as the new parcel rates. It is handled as a lower priority mail, so it does take a tad longer to move. I have found 7-10 days as an average, but one time it took almost a month to get to me. Hope this helps!

I'm sorry, but her question/comment was a tad "ridiculous." The photos above, and the item description, say and show everything needed. I am a 15+ year seller on ebay, 5+ year on Amazon, 5+ years on Half.com, and run a couple of websites. Listia has been the only auction site I have ever seen where questions get asked, and the answer is clearly in the description. Are there hundreds of points given for "redundant" questions, I am just not sure. Good Luck in the auction!
