Up for auction is a betty boop collectible large shopper tote,this tote is black with red handles and a red tie string in the front top center of the bag.then directly down from the tie is a picture of betty boop(this tote was made without a lining)this bag is used in good shape.it is made out of what i believe is light weight canvas or cotton material and opens up to one large section(opens and closes with velcro)it measures 17 x 13 1/2.(no gin)happy bidding and don't forget to check out my other items.thanks!!!

Yes it can be but keep in mind that the strap drop is only 10 1/2 inches.it's a large shopper tote so it's more casual than a handbag.
