No it's not unlocked, and because it's a Verizon phone it's CDMA which means there's no SIM card. It can only be used for Verizon unless you unlock it yourself

how hi bid would it have to be to get the free shipping? and if locked can you guarantee it can be unlocked? what i am asking has it been reported as lost or stolen? because i had gotten two other phones that was '' locked'' and they both was stolen phones. can you guarantee a re-fund provided that the phone can not be un-locked? i am just being honest with you i may be asking what every one else will not ask.thats all i do not intend to be rude nor offensive

I'm not guaranteeing the phone can be unlocked because I honestly don't know but from what I understand it's possible to unlock most smartphones but again I'm not guaranteeing it can be.
