Measurements? Chest and length. Is the top part sheer? Is it stretchy polyester or satiny?

Hi first of all thanks for looking at my listing, tag says 100% polyester, its strechy, the upper part along shoulders and a small portion behind the neckline somewhat transparent. I don't have a measuring tape at the moment but as soon as I can I will provide measurements.

Ok well not sure if I did this correct...I took measurements with a carpenters tape, hope this helps to give you an idea of the size (I know the size can vary from brand to brand even fabric)

Shoulder to shoulder 19in.
Chest 20in. (Side to side right below the underarm area)
Over all length 20in (center collar to bottom)
