Yes, but i think they are just rhinestones. I am not sure if real or not because of the glass on top of them, i can't feel them.

No, and i do not think any will fall out, because they are behind a what it think is glass coating. I have had several pairs like this none have ever fallen out.

is a plastic resin coating. it would take a lot to mess them up, like a hammer or a brick for example LoL
