If you like spending hours going through boxes of left over estate sale items :) for very reasonable too! I can get a medium box of these type items for any where from 10-20.00 :) you just got to dig for most of the smaller items & hope they're not to damaged. Got lucky on these he hadn't had them long enough to damage..lol tons of stuff!

Well, that's really funny.years ago there was a thrift store in norfolk that used to have,i guess what you would call box day for a better term.it was three times a week.a very large truck would pull up and the workers would off load thirty or so boxes filled with the most wondrous stuff.it was like the most amazing treasure huntslord, the things you could find, somtimes broken, sometimes not.and then one day the whole thing stopped and it was awful.kind of like some kind of drug withdrawal.so,yeah,i live for pawing through tons of boxes.it's better than almost anything else i can think of.:)

funny world.is he at nas proper or one of the special groups?i'll tell you,you can ride up Granby street and see the awacs taking off and landing and during the summer you can sit in the beach in ocen view on the Chesapeak and watch the choppers going up and down the cuast, the jets taking off and even the transports every now and again.it really brings home to you the level of commitment our troops have and the sacrifices they make for our country.you can't sit there and not be moved .my brother has passed on but was buried with his medal.

That I'm not sure, still trying to get used to everything :) I know he said his barracks are pretty close to the landing strip of the Air Force He's in security. Every time I get used to him being in one place, he's moved to another.
