Velcro closing along back. elastic, expandable waist. Sequins and sparkle will make your little ballerina feel like a princess. Skirt has tulle-like material over pink polyester. Any little girl's dream play dress! Size says 4-6X, but think it would fit a 3 1/2 year old.
