It was emailed to me from Kohl's using my Kohl's Rewards card. I will forward you the email, you print it out and take it to any Kohl's store.
The cashier will scan the bar code and it takes $5 off your purchase! No minimum is required, but if your item is less than $5 then you will not get cash back. They will give you another Kohl's cash for the difference, even if it is only 2 cents. (I get these every month and use them a lot. I really did have a 2 cent Kohl's Cash given back to me!)
I can't show a picture of the printed email, I don't have a way to blur the bar code. My excellent feedback on here should assure you that you will be getting an AUTHENTIC $5 Kohl's Gift Card.
Expires 04/06/2014. Most states have laws against these expiring so every Kohl's I have been to will still accept them after the date. But I added a GIN in case you want more time.
I will email this within 24 hours of the end of the auction, to ensure that you have time to print it out and take it in to any Kohl's store.
