The listing, 19" Solid Sterling Infinity Necklace with Lobster Clasp has ended.

I'm a wire jewelry designer/instructor and created this 19" solid sterling silver infinity necklace with chain, wire, setting, high quality Swarovski diamond faceted CZ, 4 aurora borealis Swarovski crystals, and a lobster clasp during my workshop this week.

All of the metal is 100% solid sterling silver with two .925 hallmarks.... one on the clasp, and the other on the center back side of the infinity symbol.

The infinity or eternity symbol has been used for 100s of years and originally was considered to represent unity of the sexes, perfection and dualism in ancient Tibet and India. More recently it is interpreted to signify long lasting harmonic co-existence of the two infinities. Two sets of circles, on top of each other show perfect balance between the partners where they can be together side by side, independently as well as intertwined. A diamond is known as a forever gemstone, thus when adding the diamond symbol, it means double 'infinity forever'.

To create this piece, I shaped a length of sterling wire and soldered the ends in the back. Then I soldered the 2 loops to attach the chain plus 1 more for a cradle to solder the setting in place.

I added the strong but lightweight flat chain with double closed wire wrapped loops incasing a sparkling aurora borealis crystal in each. I used the same method to attach the lobster clasp and loop catch.

The CZ and crystals were created by the best in the world "Swarovski Crystals of Austria", This CZ is 8.5 on the MOHS hardness scale falling between the hardness of a sapphire and emerald. It will remain sparkling and beautiful for many years to come!

The necklace comes in a very nice gift box with a treated grey velvet insert which prevents tarnish. It's the ideal place to keep it when it isn't being worn.

Thank you so much Tena! The amethyst was faceted with an award winning quantum cut. I have another large amethyst with the same cut about the size of the one in the pendant. Amethyst is my birthstone so I collect them as much as possible :D

Thank you! It measures 1 3/8" by 1/2". I think it's too large for a bracelet charm and everything is soldered. Yes, I can make and list a charm sized infinity symbol if you tell me the size would be appropriate and whether or not you would like an accent CZ. Thanks for your inquiry!
